Michigan’s new Section 35p investment raises the bar for high-impact tutoring. Eligible partners must demonstrate evidence of impact, establish credible outcome benchmarks, support implementation fidelity, and provide periodic financial and program reporting.
Michigan’s new investment sets a higher standard for high-impact tutoring. Eligible partners must be able to deliver on four key requirements.
