Justin founded Littera Education in 2020 with a simple idea: all students deserve high-quality tutoring, regardless of their socioeconomic status. He brings more than 25 years’ experience to this mission, having held several executive edtech leadership positions at Kaplan Test Prep, Weld North, Generation Ready, Performance Matters, and Schoology.

Dr. Janet Wilson
SVP, District Solutions
Janet has nearly 40 years’ experience in education as a classroom teacher, principal,  superintendent and most recently, as Chief of Teaching, Learning & Schools at Montgomery County Schools, MD, which serves over 160,000 students.  She holds two Master’s degrees (in Reading and Educational Leadership & Administration), and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership for Culturally Changing Populations.

Prior to joining, he served in several leadership positions, notably at Cengage Learning, where he hired, developed, and coached high-performing technical teams to develop industry-changing technology.

Britta is a seasoned edtech product leader, well-versed in both large and small product organizations. With a passion for education and cultivating impactful delivery teams, she has spent the last ten years launching successful products at TIME Education, Schoology, PowerSchool, and now Littera.

Jacky has helped build Littera from the ground up.  Her passion for helping students through tutoring comes from firsthand experience providing 1:1 support to students who were transitioning from high school to college. She brings almost a decade of experience in edtech.

Colleen has dedicated her career to helping students achieve a quality education. She has over fifteen years of education experience, including ten years within edtech. She has built and led Training, Implementation, Support and Customer Success teams as well as consulted with various companies looking to grow and scale their client-facing teams.

George brings over 35 years’ experience to Littera, including founding Tutor.com, which now delivers millions of sessions per year. Since the acquisition of Tutor.com, he has advised dozens of edtech entrepreneurs, and invested in tech-enabled startups.  George serves as a Trustee on the Boards of Columbia University Teachers College and The Wild Center, and as an advisor to Johns Hopkins Medicine.
